Pulverizer-How
Our plastic pulverizing technology, blade technology, and manufacturing center form a fully integrated ecosystem
spanning cutting-edge R&D to large-scale production. We have built a robust technical foundation through our dedicated
R&D Center and Innovation Team: the R&D Center operates a long-term material testing and load simulation platform to
continuously validate plastic performance and accumulate critical data for tool development and wear analysis, while the
Innovation Team functions as a collaborative, learning-focused unit that integrates global advanced technologies to
drive equipment upgrades and deliver cost-effective solutions to clients worldwide. Our core pulverizing process is
centered on low-temperature high-speed and uniform shearing, where raw plastic is fed into the cutter head and
transformed into fine powder through impact, shearing, and cooling steps. We employ a “process and cooling synergy”
system with intelligent temperature control, precision tool design, and energy efficiency monitoring, ensuring stable,
low-temperature pulverization for materials including PVC, PE, EVA, and TPU. We also offer customized system integration
to tailor production lines to client needs, alongside full lifecycle equipment management via our performance monitoring
platform.
Blade technology is the backbone of efficient plastic pulverization. Our Blade R&D Center is equipped with
professional
tools for material analysis, lifespan testing, and particle size inspection, and holds multiple core patents. We use
high-performance mold steels like DC53, processed to exacting standards with imported specialized equipment, and our
unique multi-angle cutting edge and gradient angle design enhances durability and pulverization efficiency.
Optimized
edge geometry delivers superior particle size distribution, and blades are regrindable to significantly reduce
operational costs. With imported dynamic balancing equipment and in-house developed drive systems, we ensure
long-term,
stable blade performance that is compatible with a wide range of plastics and widely used for pulverizing modified
materials such as profiles and flooring.
As an original equipment manufacturer with 20 years of industry expertise, our Manufacturing Center serves as the
core
carrier for technology implementation, combining advanced machinery and a skilled workforce to produce
high-performance
pulverization systems under strict quality standards. We operate 4 production workshops with nearly 50 core machines
and
imported testing instruments to ensure both capacity and quality, while our supply chain follows a “factory direct +
premium imported components” model with full traceability from raw materials to finished goods. Key components such
as
bearings and motors are sourced from leading German and Japanese brands for maximum reliability, and we maintain a
comprehensive ISO9001-certified quality management system covering everything from raw material inspection to final
product testing, delivering consistent, high-quality products and services to global customers.
