Tool Materials and Design
MAOYUE grinding discs are manufactured from premium DC53 tool steel, offering significantly higher hardness and overall performance compared to conventional D2 steel. With a hardness exceeding 60 HRC, the discs deliver outstanding wear resistance and crack resistance, ensuring reliable operation under heavy-duty and continuous pulverizing conditions.

Unlike many manufacturers that rely on wire-cutting processes, MAOYUE utilizes Taiwan-imported professional grinding equipment to precisely grind each disc tooth individually. This ensures accurate tooth geometry, consistent sharpness, and superior cutting performance. The process also allows worn discs to be reconditioned, effectively extending service life and reducing replacement costs.

Optimized cutting geometry plays a critical role in improving powder particle size distribution while reducing energy consumption. In addition, MAOYUE’s independently developed adjustable disc structure further enhances grinding stability and throughput, delivering consistent, high-quality pulverizing results.

Each grinding disc undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing using German-imported balancing equipment,ensuring exceptionally smooth and stable operation. During testing, the system achieves a “coin-standing”stability performance,demonstrating vibration control and operational balance comparable to high-speed rail standards.
As a source manufacturer, MAOYUE independently machines all core components in-house, with the exception of motors and electrical parts. This vertical manufacturing capability allows rapid response to tooling and consumable replacement needs, ensuring long-term operational stability and consistent machine performance.

1.Pulverization Fineness Range MAOYUE plastic pulverizers offer adjustable fineness from 10–40 mesh (approximately 0.425–2.0 mm) as standard, with capability to reach finer outputs (up to 80 mesh or even 100+ mesh) depending on material type, disc gap setting, and optional configurations. This wide adjustable range ensures flexibility to meet diverse downstream requirements with consistent particle uniformity.

2.Wide Range of Processable Materials Our machines are engineered to efficiently pulverize a broad spectrum of thermoplastics, including but not limited to:
*PVC (rigid and flexible)
*PE (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE)
