How Pulverizing Works
The MAOYUE plastic pulverization process converts plastic granules or recycled materials into fine, uniform powder through high-speed rotation and shear forces. Effective energy management is critical in this process; advanced pulverizing systems optimize blades, grinding structures, and power matching to reduce energy consumption while maintaining stable output. Precise temperature control prevents materials from softening, clumping, or degrading due to overheating, ensuring continuous and reliable operation. With custom-designed grinding discs and large chamber capacity, the final powder achieves uniform particle size distribution and excellent flowability, meeting the requirements of various downstream applications.

Process Control & Cooling
MAOYUE, precise process control and advanced cooling technology form the foundation of our plastic shredder performance. These systems ensure consistent powder quality, prevent material degradation, extend equipment lifespan, and optimize energy usage—even during prolonged, high-output production runs. Key elements of our process control and cooling systems: Intelligent temperature management monitors the grinding chamber, bearing housings, motor, and discharge area via real-time multi-point sensors. PLC-automated adjustments: If temperatures exceed preset thresholds (typically 60–80°C for PVC, lower for heat-sensitive materials), the system initiates enhanced cooling or reduces feed rates to maintain safe levels. This prevents melting, yellowing, degradation, or sticking of heat-sensitive plastics like PVC, EVA, or certain masterbatches. Forced air water cooling system with high-volume blower and optimized ductwork design, suitable for auxiliary zones and heat-sensitive applications. Closed-loop cooling water circulation system (optional upgrade, full chamber and duct water cooling) maximizes temperature stability in hot climates or enables 24/7 operation. Precise process parameter control directly manages final particle size and output rate via adjustable disc gap. Feed rate control via intelligent magnetic separator feeding or vibratory feeder synchronizes with grinding load to prevent overload and maintain uniform material flow. Energy and quality optimization: The sealed negative pressure airflow system efficiently dissipates heat while minimizing dust dispersion and energy loss. Real-time logging of temperature, current, vibration, and pressure data enables predictive maintenance and fine-tuning, minimizing power consumption per ton of powder. Ensures narrow particle size distribution (high uniformity) and consistent color/quality—critical for downstream applications like rotational molding, masterbatch production, or modification. With advanced process control and cooling capabilities, MAOYUE pulverizers deliver reliable, high-quality fine powder production while achieving minimal scrap rates, reduced energy consumption, and maximum uptime—setting the industry benchmark for commercial plastic powder processing.

Most common and highly optimized. Ideal for rigid/soft PVC, profiles, pipes, and flooring. Requires strong water cooling for strict temperature control to prevent degradation/yellowing.
