As the core competitive component of pulverizers,Maoyue PE Pulverizer Blades are precision-engineered from high-wear-resistant DC53 steel through quenching and surface grinding processes, achieving a hardness of HRC 60–61.Composed of a rotating cutter ring and a stationary cutter ring,they generate triple forces of impact, extrusion,and shear during high-speed rotation,enabling the fine grinding of various soft materials.This design effectively addresses the stickiness and toughness of different materials,preventing material adhesion and premature blade wear.
Designed specifically for efficient material grinding,these blades are widely applied in the rotational molding industry (grinding pellets such as LDPE and LLDPE into powder for manufacturing related products),masterbatch and modified material production (grinding carrier masterbatch to improve color matching accuracy),and plastic recycling sector (shredding PE recycled materials and films to produce high-purity powder).
On the production side,Maoyue has established a full-process quality control system.Selected imported steel is processed with high precision via CNC machines,with the matching gap between the rotating and stationary cutters controlled within 0.02 mm.Professional knife sharpeners are adopted for grinding treatment,and customized tooth profiles (long-short teeth, etc.) are tailored to the characteristics of different industries.Compared with traditional wire cutting,this process produces sharper blade edges without burrs,resulting in more uniform ground powder with a narrow particle size distribution,which is conducive to subsequent production processes.

This model features a disc diameter of approximately 470-500mm, a main motor power of 37-45kW, a typical production capacity of 100-300kg/h, and a spindle speed of 3600-3800rpm. Equipped with 24-28 replaceable moving blades + high-density fixed tooth plates, it delivers high shearing efficiency and wear control for PVC with medium to low filler content, with a service life of approximately 500-800 hours. Intelligent temperature control + water-cooled circulation maintains grinding chamber temperature at 45-55°C, preventing PVC decomposition/yellowing.
