The Mao Yue 500-type PE rotomolding pulverizer excels with its ultimate craftsmanship: it features premium DC53 high-grade mold steel grinding discs (hardness HRC 62–64), offering superior toughness, fatigue resistance, and anti-chipping performance far exceeding conventional D2 steel, with a service life 1.5–2.5 times longer than standard discs—perfectly suited to the high requirements of PE rotomolding powder for flowability and uniformity; equipped with the only two units in China of imported Taiwanese professional CNC tool grinders for tooth-by-tooth precision grinding, ensuring micron-level blade angle consistency, razor-sharp edges, extremely narrow particle size distribution, and outstanding uniformity to effectively prevent downstream rotomolding product defects such as rough surfaces and uneven thickness; it also supports professional refurbishing of dulled discs, with refurbishment costs only 1/4–1/3 of new discs, significantly reducing long-term tooling expenses.

Each disc is rigorously dynamically balanced using German-imported high-precision balancing equipment, achieving industry-leading vibration control (demonstrating the famous “coin-standing” stability, comparable to high-speed rail), with noise levels below 85 dB, greatly extending bearing and spindle life, enabling ultra-smooth operation, and ensuring long-term powder quality consistency without fluctuation. The standard water-cooling jacket + forced air cooling dual cooling system, combined with multi-point temperature sensors and PLC intelligent control, precisely maintains grinding chamber temperature at 50–80°C, completely eliminating overheating, sticking, clumping, yellowing, and poor flowability issues in PE rotomolding powder, ensuring degradation-free, highly flowable powder. The fully enclosed negative-pressure airflow conveying + pulse bag dust collector design achieves near-zero dust emission with a dust capture rate >99.9%, ensuring a dust-free workshop, full environmental compliance, safe production, and comprehensive employee health protection.


As a compact, high cost-performance entry-level machine, the 500-type occupies only 4–6 m² with total power consumption of 35–45 kW, delivering a typical ROI period of just 6–12 months (driven by electricity savings from lower kWh per ton of powder, fewer blade changes, reduced reject rates, and profit growth from stable output), making it the ideal choice for small-to-medium rotomolding factories, laboratories, or test lines.
