The Mao Yue PVC-800 Grinder primarily targets large-scale, high-consistency, mid-to-high-end PVC recycling, building materials production, and functional modification applications. It is particularly suited for large production lines with daily capacities of 15-20 tons or medium-to-large enterprises demanding uniform powder fineness, continuous stability, and high downstream product value. First, in large-scale PVC pipe and profile recycling scenarios, this model is specifically optimized for centralized processing of waste construction PVC pipes, door/window profiles, scrap, and other high-volume waste materials. Through efficient, fine grinding, it produces PVC powder with high fineness, uniform particle size, and purity free of impurities. This powder can be directly supplied to downstream high-value recycled pipe and profile extrusion production lines, enabling large-scale resource regeneration and maximizing the economic value of waste construction PVC. Daily output of 15-20 tons is easily achieved, helping large recycling plants overcome traditional processing bottlenecks and enhance the market competitiveness of recycled materials. Secondly, in PVC foam and sheet production lines, it serves as the ideal core powder preparation equipment.

The output powder features high fineness, narrow particle size distribution, excellent flowability, and is free from scorching or agglomeration. This perfectly supports the requirements of medium-to-large-scale extrusion/calender production lines for foamed sheets, thick-walled panels, decorative panels, and similar products. It ensures uniform foaming, consistent wall thickness, smooth surfaces, and stable mechanical properties in the final products.
